Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. Our prices are all-inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices, if applicable in your region.

Orders are dispatched within 7 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 10 to 18 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call us on +971581886335 or email us at sales@emiratesmattress.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. As you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. You have to ensure that the returned product reaches us in good condition. Any cost incurred towards the transit damages will be debited to you. Timelines for refund & Amount will be refunded via the same source. Your product will be delivered within 7 working days. Duplicate clause- If the customer paid twice for one product, then the refund should be for one transaction.
