Emirates Mattress offers a limited warranty that covers the original purchaser only. If your mattress/furniture is still under warranty, Emirates Mattress will repair or replace mattress/furniture piece that is defective in materials or workmanship. The decision to repair a piece or replace it will be made at the discretion of Emirates Mattress. To exercise your rights under the limited warranty, the original purchaser must submit the original sales receipt.
You will not be charged for any repair services, replacement mattress / furniture or delivery costs related to warranty issues arising during the first year of ownership. After the first year and before the fifth year of ownership, you will be responsible for the delivery cost to the factory and Emirates Mattress will be responsible for the return delivery cost.
If you notice a manufacturing defect, it is important for you to notify Emirates Mattress within 7 days of original delivery or notice of the defect. These are your exclusive remedies under Emiartes Mattress warranty.
Warranty Terms
Some Photographs are required for submitting warranty claims along with order receipt.
Upholstered Furniture
Frames: Frames, when subjected to normal use under normal conditions, are warranted for a period of One (1) year as long as the upholstered product remains in its original covering.
NOTE: Wood is a natural material, and as such it responds to changes in humidity and temperature. Additionally, wood will vary in shade, texture and markings; these variations are a normal feature of an organic product.
Fabric: Manufacturers of upholstery fabrics do not warrant their products for durability or colorfastness. While Emirates Mattress makes every effort to select fabrics that are durable and colorfast, we acknowledge that colorfastness can only be achieved using synthetic materials or potentially harmful chemicals. We regret that we will be unable to honor adjustments, claims, or credits based on durability or colorfastness. Fabric coverings, other than Customer’s Own Material (COM), are warranted for ONE (1) year from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects, seam slippage, pilling (unless pilling is a natural characteristic), shrinkage, and nap loss.
Limitations and Exclusions
While Emirates Mattress believes its warranty terms are consistent with the superior quality of its products, there are some limitations. The following will limit or exclude coverage under this warranty.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
Emirates Mattress makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. These and all other implied warranties are specifically disclaimed. By “implied warranties,” Emirates Mattress means warranties that the law sometimes implies to have been given by the seller even though they are not set out in writing.
Place of Purchase
This warranty protects the original consumer only and purchased direct from Emirates Mattress online store.
Residential Use
This warranty applies only when the Emirates Products are purchased for normal indoor residential use and not for resale or commercial use.
Improper Care and Use
Emirates Mattress Products requires routine maintenance. Please take care to treat your Emirates Mattress Products like the fine product it is. Proper care and use are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty. Emirates Mattress will not repair or replace your furniture if improper maintenance or improper use causes damage. This warranty is void if your emirates Mattress product is damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents.
Accidents, Abuse and Normal Wear and Tear
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, sunlight, or accidents, including burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations or pet damage.
Floor Samples or Products purchased “AS IS” or as last piece
This warranty does not cover floor samples or products designated “AS IS” or “ As Last Piece’ at the time of purchase.
