When will I receive my order?
Mattress – Delivery time 4 to 5 working days after order confirmation and received full payment.
Custom Made Mattresses – Delivery time 4 to 5 working days after order confirmation and received full payment.
Platform Bed Base / Divan Bed Base – Delivery time 7 to 10 working days after order confirmation and received full payment.
Beds – Delivery time 10 to 12 working days after order confirmation and received full payment.
Head Board – Delivery time 6 to 7 working days after order confirmation and received full payment.
Bedding – Delivery time 4 to 5 working days after order confirmation and received full payment.
Can I receive my order more quickly?
Emirates Mattress Processing may be available for orders shipping to addresses within UAE city limit area, depending on our current order and production volume. We can take individual request as per your urgent delivery if possible, however, as there are times when it isn’t possible. Please contact our sales staff for your urgent order.
How will my order be delivery to me?
Your order will be deliver throw our delivery team.
• Our delivery team will call you for your delivery.
• Our delivery Team will deliver your order to your home and fix products which need to fix.
• Our delivery team will take your signature on delivery order.
• Our delivery team will remove all packaging materials.
• Existing mattress/set removal, if specified (additional fee applies)
• It is very important to inspect your delivery before you sign delivery order and make sure that you receive your order in good condition.
How do I track my order?
You can call, email or what’s up us to track your order and delivery status. Incase If you did not receive your delivery within delivery time than, please contact us for further information on your delivery status.
Can I arrange a specific delivery date?
Yes. For orders shipping to addresses within the UAE city limits area, you can mentioned or request your delivery date while placing an order online. You can also send us email or what’s up for your prefer delivery date.
Please Note – We do not deliver on Fridays and public holidays. But if you wish to get delivery on Friday or public holidays than special delivery charges will apply. For more information you can contact our sales staffs for more details on special delivery request.
What if I need help with setup? Or need my old mattress removed?
We will deliver and fix items which required fixing. Please note that we cannot remove or dispose your old items. So please make sure delivery place is empty and ready for delivery before our delivery team arrives to deliver your order.
How will my order be packaged?
We will packed properly before deliver your items to avoid any damage while delivery. So you can receive your order in good condition.
