Return policy for non defective goods

If you are not happy with purchased items then you can return items within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping cost. All items returned must be in original condition without any damage and must be returned in original packaging, in unmarked and unused conditions, unassembled.

If the client did not have the original receipt of purchased items then he/she can not return items or get any refund. All assembled items can not be return or exchange. Any items not in original packing can not be return or exchange. If any item is not damaged but the customer needs to exchange then shipping cost will be charged to customers.

While receiving items purchased, all items must be opened and checked by customers before signing delivery orders. (Also keep original packing if required). If the customer received any damaged items then same time, he can inform customer service or delivery staff and write their comments on the delivery order. Customized or custom-made orders can not be returned or exchanged. Sale and Promotional items which are on clearing sale or higher discount can’t be returned or exchange. If the customer purchased an item and wants to cancel the order then the order can only be canceled before 24 hours of delivery date or before shipping of items.
